In Lieu Finance Assistant terms of use

In Lieu provides this assistant to authorised team members for recording expenses, tracking reimbursements and preparing business records. It is a private team tool. Access is arranged by In Lieu; this page does not offer public registration.

Use the assistant only for records and actions you are authorised to submit or request. Provide accurate amounts, currencies, payer details and cost splits, and review the confirmation after a record is saved. Report mistakes so the working record and its correction history can be updated.

The assistant supports recordkeeping. It does not initiate bank payments, guarantee reimbursement approval, or determine accounting or tax treatment. In Lieu's authorised people and accountant remain responsible for those decisions. AI-generated interpretations and summaries may contain errors and need review before they are used for payments, reimbursement decisions or accounting.

Google connections operate within the permissions granted by the connected account and Google's own service terms. In Lieu may change or suspend the assistant's access when required for business operations or security. Access can also be interrupted by provider outages or revoked permissions.
